Overview

Jĭipěb Hèl Birěkhka was founded durring the late 15th century in summer of the year 1366, by Shesmê Shonhêv. The establishment of Jĭipěb Hèl Birěkhka was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Jĭipěb Hèl Birěkhka's construction back out of the project. Shesmê Shonhêv pushed on reguardles, and Jĭipěb Hèl Birěkhka was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Jĭipěb Hèl Birěkhka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jĭipěb Hèl Birěkhka is no diffrent. The village's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Jĭipěb Hèl Birěkhka is is constructed arround a series of spacious cobblestone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The village sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. The village's would-be-castle fortifications have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the village.

A quick look in any direction shows Jĭipěb Hèl Birěkhka is filled with vices. There are many taverns, brothels are advertising their services on the streets, cardsharks are plying their illicit trade within public squairs, and every shop has at least three signs advertising various sales on goods. That alone wouldn’t be too noticeable, if it wasn’t just so omnipresent and overwhelmingly how the people of this village live.

Cultural Notes

Jĭipěb Hèl Birěkhka's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.
